Disco Sauce was created in 2018 when founder, Alex Paramithiotti, hosted a fundraising party for 60 people at his Lower East Side apartment.
Prepping a feast for a group this large and eclectic, there wasn’t a hot sauce that fit the bill. So he made one - and that’s how Disco Sauce was born.

We wanted to develop a hot sauce that had great flavor, good heat, worked well with all foods and was great for spicing up a cocktail.
